When do I receive my tickets after purchasing a suite?

After your suite purchase is confirmed, a member of the Carolina Hurricanes Premium Sales & Service Team will follow up with details on digital ticket delivery. Tickets will be sent in advance of your game, though the exact timing may vary.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes are delivered digitally and can be accessed through the Carolina Hurricanes app. Tickets can be scanned for contactless entry and transferred to guests directly from your mobile device.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). ACH or wire transfers may also be available upon request.

Is full payment required at the time of booking?

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite booking?

Suite purchases are non-refundable. All sales are considered final.

What if the game is rescheduled or postponed?

Your suite reservation will remain valid and will be honored for the rescheduled game date.

What happens if the game is canceled entirely?

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

After your suite is booked, the Carolina Hurricanes Premium Sales & Service Team will share catering menus and ordering guidelines. Pre-orders are typically due 2–3 business days before your event. Additional items, refills, and day-of-game orders can also be accommodated.

Is catering required?

Catering is optional, with no minimum spend. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Lenovo Center.

Can I purchase additional Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets for my suite?

Some suites allow for additional SRO tickets. Please check your suite listing or contact us to confirm availability.

What is the child ticket policy?

Children under 2 years old do not require a ticket if seated on the lap of an adult. Children 2 years and older must have a ticket, including in suites.

Are there any restricted items inside Lenovo Center?

Bags must adhere to the Lenovo Center Bag Policy—only clear bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are permitted. A small clutch (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") is also allowed. Backpacks, large purses, and other oversized bags are prohibited, and all bags are subject to inspection.

Does my suite ticket grant access to other areas?

No, your suite ticket does not include access to other premium spaces within Lenovo Center.

Can I host a corporate event or celebration in a suite?

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Suite purchases may include a limited number of parking passes. Additional passes may be available for pre-purchase, with full details provided upon booking. Dedicated VIP/Premier lanes surrounding Lenovo Center are available for your convenience and quicker entry. Lenovo Center parking lots open 2.5 hours prior to hockey games.

Where is the Lenovo VIP entrance?

Guests with suite access are invited to use the designated Lenovo VIP Entrance for a quicker, more convenient entry to the arena. The entrance is located on the south side of the area, across from Carter-Finley Stadium.

When can I access my suite?

Doors are 60 minutes before games on Monday-Friday. On Saturday & Sunday, doors are 90 minutes.

Can I order food and drinks during the game?

Yes. In-suite food and beverage service is available throughout the game via your dedicated suite attendant.
