Venue Bag Policy

Clutch/wristlet bags smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” are permitted and not required to go through X-ray. Parenting bags, and medical bags are permitted and require X-ray.

Child Ticket Policy

For all Hurricanes games, guests 24 months and older must have a valid event ticket to gain admission. We do not offer discounted ticket pricing for children.

Complimentary messaging on our videoboard is available during the game! Wish a happy birthday and anniversary or welcome your group to the arena. 40 character limit and subject to approval.

Premium Suite Costs

Does it pay to wait to book a suite until closer to the event?

No, suite rental availability for Carolina Hurricanes is limited and suites are often not available at the last minute. In addition, when coordinating events for a group, it is often necessary to give guests more time to confirm their availability to attend.

Are there additional expenses I should consider?

Limited overflow tickets may be purchased for your suite at an additional cost. As well, you may pre-order catering for your suite.
